What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

One of our recruiters will reach out for the first interview. This is our chance to get to know you better and see which roles in the pipeline you might be best suited for. We’ll ask questions in regards to your previous experience and your career interests.

2. First Interview

When you are invited to your first round of interviews, you will be directly scheduled for a set of interviews. If you want to join one of our engineering teams, you might be asked to perform a coding test.

3. Technical Test

It will be time for your second round of interviews where you and a set of interviewers will have a deep dive into your skill sets and your understanding of the organization. During these interviews, you will also get to know more about the team and the problem spaces you will be working with.

4. Offer

The final step is to introduce you to your future team and to discuss formally bringing you onboard at Brandface. We’ll discuss the technicalities of your employment at Brandface such as start date and compensation.
